Here's how our tuition works per class:

Per Class Pricing Model: You pay $90.00 per class each month.
Family Savings!
Enroll 2 or more children and receive:
- a 10% per class discount for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th enrolled child.
- a 15% per class discount for the 5th through 10th enrolled child.
Supply Fee: Twice a year (in August and January), there's a separate supply fee. The amount varies by subject and can be found on the course scheduling page.
Textbook Fee: The annual textbook fee of $65.00 per class is due in August, unless a class description indicates otherwise.

Save 10% on your term tuition by paying in full at the start of each term! Terms are August - December and January - May.

First Friday Vibe & Thrive

Every first Friday, participate in engaging speakers, interactive workshops, and hands-on activities, alongside a dedicated on-site student community hangout session. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow homeschoolers and create a supportive community through informal discussions and collaboration.

Registration Fees:

FREE: For students actively enrolled in one or more of our cooperative learning courses.
Non Student Registration: $40.00 per student per session
Includes:
- Full access to all speaker sessions
- Participation in your choice of workshops
- Engaging hands-on activities
- Catered lunch
- Student Community Building Hang/Out Time on site

College Tours

Join us every third Friday for our exciting college tours, designed specifically for high school sophomores and upperclassmen! These trips offer an immersive opportunity to explore diverse campuses of local and regional institutions, including some of Texas's esteemed Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Colleges include:

TSTC North Texas
Prairie View A&M University
UTA
Texas Southern
Huston - Tillotson University
AND an unforgettable end-of-year tour to the nationally renowned Morehouse and Spelman Universities!

Tuition & Fees Policies

Monthly tuition is due August, September, October, November, January, February, March, and April, with payment for each month due on the 25th of the preceding month (e.g., September tuition is due August 25th). Payments are due from August through April for the learning months of September through May. Tuition remains the same regardless of scheduled holidays, school closures due to unforeseen circumstances, or other breaks within the academic calendar, as it secures your child's place and supports the overall program operation throughout the year.

Payment for each month due on the 25th of the preceding month (e.g., September tuition is due August 25th as follows:

Our primary method for tuition payment is secure electronic funds transfer via credit card, or Zelle transfer.

For your convenience, in person payments may be made on the last Friday of each month's classes via tap and swipe payment options.

We do not accept cash or check payments.

From time to time, we may offer optional extra-curricular events that could enhance your child's learning experience. These events may incur an additional cost per participating child. We will provide parents with at least 30 days' advance notice of any such events and their associated costs, allowing ample time for you to decide whether your child wishes to participate.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, accounts with outstanding balances after a 14-day grace period from the due date will be assessed a late fee of $25.00.

Please note that the registration fee and supply fee are non-refundable at any time.

To avoid potential tuition charges after withdrawing, please ensure you follow the guidelines outlined in our withdrawal policy.

To withdraw your child(ren) from Mosaic Hybrid Homeschool Co-operative, we require 30 days' written notice. Providing us with 30 days' notice ensures that you will not be charged tuition for the month following your official withdrawal date. Refunds will be prorated according to drop dates.

Details regarding registration and supply fees can be found with each course listing on the current class schedule. Kindly be advised that these fees are non-refundable upon payment.
